<p>This research discusses enjoying tourist attractions with virtual tourism in Sulangai Village, Bali, especially at Goa Gong waterfall tourist attraction. In the situation of a tourist attraction that is classified as a new category, the Sulangai Village Government chooses virtual tourism as a 4.0 promotional media to increase the number of domestic and foreign tourist arrivals. Tourist visit data from January to July 2022 was used to see changes in the number of tourist arrivals during that period. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The study found out conclusions such as (a). There are tourist attractions, tourist facilities, accessibility, and additional tourist services that are quite adequate, (b). Processing of 360o virtual tour website applications uploaded to a free domain website called wix.com. However, the limitations in this study are (a). There is lack budget for making a 360o virtual tour, (b). Human resources in the IT department of the Sulangai Village Government have not fully mastered the making of 360o virtual tours, and (c). The attractions provided by this object are not enough for 360o video shooting. <p>This research aims to develop a strategy for developing educational tourism in Hatten Wine. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interview, observation, documentation and discussion group forum (FGD) methods. The results of this research show several attractions and facilities such as vineyards, wineries and wine cellars. The main facilities that other producers do not have are the oak barrel room and sparkling room, which are the only ones in Indonesia. and there is a Hatten education center as an official institution for certified wine training. For tourist activities that can be done in Hatten, such as seeing the wine making process, how to grow grapes as a basic ingredient for making wine, wine knowledge, wine serving and wine pairing. Various efforts have been made to increase tourist visits, such as creating wine class programs, international certification and wine events. <p>The tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu was originally a river that was used as garbage dump by local community, which seemed haunted and dirty. However, because of the concern and participation of the local community, the Bindu River was managed and developed by the Tukad Bindu Foundation to become a tourist attraction. Even though has become a tourist attraction, although there are still many shortcomings with respect to management and development, consequently, this study's goal is to create alternate development strategies that are more effective, so it will able to maintain its existence and become a sustainable tourist attraction as an example for other tourist attraction, to continue to pay attention to environmental sustainability and provide an impact on increasing the community's economy. This study used a method of qualitative description, which was obtained through data collection techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaires and document studies. As well as data analysis techniques, namely analysis techniques using the IFAS-EFAS matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The results of this research are that Tukad Bindu Tourism Attraction is in quadrant I, namely supporting an aggressive strategy by taking advantage of opportunities and strengths owned by Tukad Bindu Tourism Attraction as much as possible in developing tourism products. <p style="text-align: justify;">This study is aimed at conducting an in-depth analysis of both internal and external factorsthat have an impact on the strategy for overcoming adversity post-pandemic, focusing on theperformance of employees at Hotel Villa Lumbung Seminyak using a SWOT analysis framework. The findings of this research highlight that there are promising opportunities and strengths within Hotel Villa Lumbung Seminyak that can be harnessed to formulate effective strategies for emerging stronger from the challenges posed by the pandemic. However, it is imperative to address certain pressing threats promptly.One immediate concern is related to the compensation packages and promotion structures offered to the employees. Ensuring that the remuneration is competitive and commensurate with industry standards can help in retaining and motivating talented staff. Additionally, providing clear pathways for career advancement can boost morale and enhance performance. Furthermore, the hotel's development plans should be carefully aligned with their workforce's performance. Any changes or expansion initiatives should be carried out in a way that supports and nurtures the capabilities and well-being of the employees. This holistic approach will not only contribute to achieving the hotel's goal of bouncing back from the pandemic's impact but also foster a conducive work environment. This research aim is to describe the appropriate strategy for management by knowing the internal (strengths & weaknesses) and external (opportunities & threats) factors of the tourist attraction of Leke-Leke Waterfall. This research uses qualitative analysis methods and SWOT analysis to determine strategies that are right on target. Data collection techniques in this research include observation, documentation and interviews with the management of Leke-Leke Waterfall, community leaders and tourists. The research results show that Leke-Leke Waterfall has four management strategies that might be implemented, namely (1) management of natural resources and a sustainable environment, (2) Management of economic sustainability which has an impact on the surrounding community by continuing to provide education to the community, (3) Management of increasing cultural integration by actively developing art that can be presented to tourists. <p>This research aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as the development strategy of the Taman Beji Griya Waterfall tourism object in Punggul Village, Abiansemal Sub-district, Badung Regency, Bali. The analytical tools used are EFAS, IFAS, and SWOT analysis to formulate strategies for achieving goals based on logic to maximize strengths and opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and threats. The results of this research are as follows: Opportunities include government policies in tourism development, collaboration with local and adjacent tourist spots, government support in digitally promoting tourist destinations, the potential development of tourist spots with additional attractions, and the increasing popularity of natural and spiritual tourism. Threats include the impact of climate change and its effects on tourist attractions, public interest in other tourism object destinations, and a lack of awareness of the positive impact of natural and spiritual tourism among the community, as well as the emergence of spiritual tourism in various places in Bali. Strengths include a strategically located, easily accessible tourist spot, natural beauty and scenery, the availability of facilities such as restaurants and coffee shops, there are construction of roads or paths to the tourist park, the support and involvement of the local community, and Taman Beji Griya Waterfall as a natural and spiritual attraction. Weaknesses include ineffective promotion of tourist spots, a lack of security and comfort for tourists' belongings, ineffective management, and limitations in visitor facilities. The existence of bartenders is a vital thing in bar operations, on the other hand, the quality of the products sold also plays an important role. This study aims to examine the creativity of bartenders in an effort to increase beverage sales at InterContinental Bali Resort and to examine the problems faced by bartenders in creating to increase beverage sales. This study used qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the creativity of a bartender has a large share in the sale of drinks in the bar and is the main capital of a bartender. Various creativity is carried out by bartenders as an effort to increase beverage sales by creating special menus, serving drinks to appeal to guests' tastes, displaying juggling attractions, mastering mixology, and promoting favorite menus for guests visiting the bar. Waste production is increasing every day in line with the increase in population and consumption patterns. The thing that must be done to overcome the increasing volume of waste is by reducing the volume of waste at the source through empowering community participation. The problem in community participation regarding waste management is what forms of regulation are related to waste management in the Serangan Tourism Village Environment. The introduction of waste management to the community aims to introduce waste management methods in preserving and keeping the environment clean in Serangan Tourism Village. Based on the research results, one form of community participation in efforts to improve the environment is by donating labor in the form of community service and participating in waste management. Apart from that, they also held community meetings which were attended by some residents for the kelurahan level. The community carried out these activities without feeling forced at all. The level of community participation that occurred in the Serangan Village Environment according to the medium category, the community participates in waste management but the implementation is still not optimal. <p>This research aims to investigate the motivation of students majoring in tourism and hospitality in Bali in learning English. The decision to explore this topic was driven by the importance of English in Bali's rapidly growing tourism industry and the challenges faced by students in developing their English language skills. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents are students majoring in tourism and hospitality at IPB International, Bali. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 software to measure their intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in learning English. The results showed that extrinsic motivation, such as the hope of getting a good job, had a stronger influence (mean score 35.38) compared to intrinsic motivation (mean score 34.50), such as the desire to improve English language skills. <p style="text-align: justify;">Belibak is a village in Palmatak District, Anambas Islands Regency, Riau Islands Province. Belibak was designated as a "new tourism" village by Mr. Abdul Haris, the regent of Anambas Regency in 2015. Among those small islands, Anambas has five big separate lands that could be new tourism potential, namely Belibak, Piugus, Pidik, Mantang Besar and Mantang Kecil. Piugus Resort in Belibak village is known for its calm and quiet beach which attracts tourists to come to visit. In this research the author analyzes the characteristics of visitors to the Piugus Resort tourist attraction in Belibak village. The atmosphere of Piugus Resort, which is not as busy as other tourist attractions, encourage this research to be carried out. This research aims to determine the characteristics of visitors based on the characteristics of travel patterns. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method and data was collected using a direct interview method with the management of Piugus Resort. The results of this research show that tourists visiting Piugus Resort have varying characteristics. In terms of destination, tourists who come to visit Piugus Resort have the aim of vacationing and resting. Visitors who come to Piugus Resort are mostly foreign tourists. The travel to get to Piugus Resort is five minutes by speedboat from Belibak village or 15 minutes by sea-motorbike. In term of length of stay at Piugus Resort is more than 24 hours to a month's stay. <p>This research aims to analyze community perceptions of the government's role in the sustainable development of the Petulu Tourism Village, so that relevant stakeholders obtain reflection in order to build a joint consensus. The study of community perceptions is substantial because it aims to evaluate the phenomenon of tourism development in the region and review community actions. This research was designed with a qualitative approach and an interview guide was used as a data collection instrument. Interview activities involving key informants from government elements, community leaders and selected informants in three banjars, namely Petulu Gunung, Nagi and Petulu Desa, as well as non-participant observations were carried out. The research results show that the public perceives positively the role of government as a regulator, facilitator, catalyst and innovator. This research use desciptive qualitative approach, that is systematically describe facts in a particular field or fenomena. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation then analyzed in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The informan of this research were selected based on the following characteristics: (1) were at the location when the event take place, (2) witnessed the progress of the event, (3) filled in the guest list, (4) are native people of Bima, (5) knew about the progress of the event, and (6) live near the festival location. Processing food using standard recipes will produce dishes that are consistent in terms of taste and quality. FRii Hotel Bali Echo Beach is a three-star hotel that applies standard recipes on handling food processing. This research was conducted to find out how standard recipes is implemented at the Seaduction FRii Hotel Bali Echo Beach Restaurant as well as the obstacles in the implementation process, and efforts to overcome them. This research uses standard prescription theory. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative which describes, illustrates and explains in detail the problems studied. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews and documentation study. <p>Telaga Waja River is one of natural attractions located in Karangasem, Bali. This tourist destination has interesting potential based on the natural resources that could be developed into family attractions. This study aimed to analyze how the Telaga Waja River in Tangkup Village can develop into an alternative family tourism in Bali. In addition, the purpose of this research was to identify the tourist attractions in Telaga Waja River as well as the alternative for its development for families. Data collected by observation and interview and then analize with descriptive qualitative approach while data sources are primer and secondary source. The research found out that Telaga Waja River has sufficient 4A tourism components (attraction, amenities, accessibility, ancillary) but needs to be developed to optimize the attraction or tourist activities for tourists, especially families. The attraction that could be added such as camping site, gathering area, fishing spot, play ground for children.
